Jardin du sel

The production of fleur de sel is based on the concentration and saturation of seawater that leads to crystallization. The name “salt garden” is a reference to the agricultural nature of this activity. In this film, made up of six “tableaux” – or “pictures” – the tone is anything but documentary. Five of them show the sea, the wind, and the sun, while the last features a small, overgrown park.
