This film stems from the desire of Thomas le Jardinier to celebrate the 30th anniversary of his vegetable-based pâtés Leaving city life behind to reconnect with nature, Thomas started his business in Haute Vallée de l’Aude, a beautiful region full of hot and cold springs, lakes, and rivers. While making his homemade pâtés, the gardener is surrounded by streams and one of the ingredients of his recipes: the flowers and spices growing in his garden.
