Through a fragmented domestic archive, made of worn videotapes, interference, and digital glitches, MissingNo explores the relationship between memory, identity, and image. A family’s most intimate moments emerge and disappear in an unstable visual flow, where time alters what seemed destined to last forever. Glitches not only represent the fragility of technological support, but become the concrete manifestation of memory: incomplete, changeable, incapable of conveying reality in its entirety.
Suspended between experimental cinema, found footage, and glitch art, the project transforms the family archive into an emotional space where the private intertwines with the collective experience of memory.
